Visual Diagnosis #1

A 40-year-old male reported to the emergency department with complaints of pain and swelling under the left eye and an ulcer on the roof of his mouth for the past 2 weeks. Pain was gradual in onset with swelling over the left maxillary sinus now causing nasal obstruction and edema around the left eye. There was a history of recurrent nasal discharge from the left nostril for 3 weeks. Two weeks ago this ulcer developed over the palate which was rapidly increasing in size.
